Family Wealth Planning

Family Wealth Planning - Passing on more than just money and living debt free: Join Daniel Campen and Heather Mobley for lunch and a collaborative talk about building a legacy built on your values and memories and an approach for living debt free.  Please RSVP with Daniel by texting him at 678.340.3223 or emailing campenestateplanning@gmail.com.

What would happen if you were to pass away tomorrow? I don't just mean what would happen to your money, but what would happen to your family?  Do you want to keep your family out of Court and Conflict?  Historically, Estate Planning has focused just on money, but shouldn't it be about more than that?  At your core you are more than what you own.  Isn't it equally, if not more, important to pass that on to the next generation?  If you have Minor Children its even more important than you may realize.  Who would take care of your children if something were to happen to you?  Does that person have the legal authority to care for your children without Court intervention?  Would the authorities be required to put your children into foster care for some period of time?
Personal Family Lawyer, Daniel Campen, and Heather Mobley invite you to join them for lunch and an educational seminar on Sunday March 1st to discuss these issues.  If you already have an Estate Plan in place, when was the last time you saw your attorney?  Do you have a relationship with that attorney or did he/she just draft some random documents for you?  As a Family Wealth Planning Lawyer, Daniel's goal is to build relationships.  He believes it is more important to have a relationship than a stagnant set of documents which may never be reviewed or updated again.  Give us two hours and you'll probably never look at Estate Planning the same again.
