Life Groups are a place to cultivate a vibrant community where authentic relationships and spiritual growth flourish together. Our Life Groups are not just about meeting together; they're about growing together, sharing life, and deepening our Walk with jesus.
Team Member Roles And Descriptions

The Coordinator provides administration, accountability and support to Life Group leadership. Recruiting new leaders, keeping track of attendance, coordinating training and sign-up seasons.

Good people skills
Administrative
Must be at least 18 years old
Direct Report Executive Pastor
Time Commitment seasonal. Heavier preparing for sign-ups in January and August
Length of commitment through January 2026

Leaders are as diverse as the kinds of groups. Groups can rally around common interests, age, activities, Bible Study, etc., Groups can meet at different times, but regularity and frequency is suggested. Leaders are responsible for building group, caring for group members, preparing/organizing meetings.

Time Commitment weekly during the semesters. About 2 hours of preparation and 2 hours for the meeting.

Life Group Hosts provide a space for groups to meet, but are not responsible for running meetings. They assist leaders in creating an environment for Life Groups, most often in their homes.
