Description  Lead and develop relationships with students to help them grow closer to Jesus.  Lead a Group two times a month during Wednesday night services.

• Commitment to TCYM every Wednesday night

• Must be 18 years or older

• Have a heart for teenagers

• Able to work with and relate to teenagers

• Have a basic knowledge of Biblical truth

Lead, instruct and assist the youth worship team in singing and playing instruments. They will assist with Wednesday night sound check and rehearsal from 5:00pm - 6:00pm. They will also help coordinate 4-6 practice sessions a year to learn new songs and incorporate new worship team members.

• Musical Skills

• Able to communicate clearly

• Able to relate with teenagers of all different musical skill levels

Lead the welcome table at the entrance of the Student Center as well as coordinate students who will meet students as they enter the room for youth group.

Lead the set up, ordering of pizza, the selling of food & drinks, and tear down of the cafe every Wednesday night.

• Able to lead a 10-15 minute devotional time
